“I bring to the team and my role as an Educational Developer a long and strong history of project development and organization, with roots as a faculty member and PhD in an interdisciplinary field. My past lenses allow me to see connections at multiple scales, helping me anticipate challenges and navigate a complex landscape. The opportunity to express my creativity through generating new ideas, new ways of doing things, and new ways of thinking in my work, regardless of the task, excites and sustains me. I aim to build meaningful relationships and facilitate the creation of communities that centre around care, compassion and growth. I am fiercely determined to find ways to ‘get things done,’ but not without a team beside me. A collaborative and inclusive working environment is where I flourish, knowing that the contributions of many make for a better outcome.”
