Brooke Charbonneau is a Graduate Student Research Assistant with the Office of Teaching & Learning, providing support with research and environmental scans, report writing, and the development and design of educational resources and initiatives. She works closely with OTL's team of educational developers and has supported numerous programs and initiatives geared toward improving the quality of teaching and learning at the University of Guelph.

Brooke is currently completing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Guelph, focusing on how job applicants present themselves in job interviews. She earned a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, where she studied the impact of dishonest interview behaviour on employees who get hired. She also holds a Bachelor's in Art History and French from Queen's University.
