Graduate Educational Developer

Eric McCutcheon is a Graduate Educational Developer in the Office of Teaching and Learning. Eric’s role involves supporting the training and pedagogical development of graduate students across all disciplines at the University of Guelph. This involves the creation of workshops, networking events, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning journal club, and the annual Graduate Student University Teaching Day.

Eric is completing an MA in Sociology at Guelph, with a focus on toxic masculinity, gender conflict and identity expression. He achieved his BA Hons. Sociology at Guelph and is working towards a PhD with the intentions of remaining in academia to teach at a post-secondary level.
