Madison Wright is the Senior Graduate Educational Developer in the Office of Teaching and Learning. Madison’s role involves leading the Graduate Educational Developer team in their collective efforts to support the training and pedagogical development of graduate students across all disciplines at the University of Guelph. This involves the creation and facilitation of workshops, networking events, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning journal club, and the annual Graduate Student University Teaching Day.
Madison is currently working towards her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology, studying human infections relevant to cystic fibrosis patients. She has held many teaching assistantships within the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology in both seminar and laboratory formats. Madison also holds a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) from the University of Guelph.
