Registration Notes for University of Guelph Faculty, Instructors, Staff, and Students

If you have received a communication informing you that your College or Unit is covering registration fees for the 2026 TLI Conference, you can reach out to the contact noted in that communication to obtain a tracked registration code.

  • If you have a registration code, please enter this code in the Registration Code field when you register.

  • Do not share your code.

  • If you did not receive a registration code or communication from your College/Unit and are a student, please check the registration notes below. If you are not a student, you will need to pay the full regular registration rate.

Registration Notes for ALL UofG Student Attendees:

If you are a UofG Graduate or Undergraduate Student Attendee, please discuss with your supervisor or College administrator first before registering to see if they will be covering registration fees and have a registration code. Please use that registration code when you register. If you’re your supervisor or College is not covering your registration fees, please see the notes below. If you do not fall into any of the categories below, you will need to pay the full student registration rate. Please email the Office of Teaching and Learning at otl@uoguelph.ca to receive the registration code for the student rate of $65.

UofG Graduate Students

  • Presenters and Authors: If you are a graduate student who is presenting at the conference or an author on an accepted submission, AND you have confirmed that your supervisor or College is not covering your registration fee, the Graduate Student Association is providing fee coverage to a limited number of students. Please check your e-mail for information on registration fee coverage through the Graduate Student Association (GSA).

  • Attendees: If you are a graduate student who is NOT a presenter or author, but who wishes to attend, please e-mail otl@uoguelph.ca to be put on a registration code waitlist. If we have GSA registration codes still available early April, we will share these codes with graduate students on a first come, first served basis. Do not register before receiving confirmation as we cannot refund paid registrations.

UofG Undergraduate Student Presenters:

If you are an undergraduate student who is presenting at the Conference on an accepted submission, AND you have confirmed that your supervisor or College is NOT covering your registration fee, please email otl@uoguelph.ca to receive a registration code to cover your registration fee from the Office of Teaching and Learning.
