Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund
Since 2006, the Learning Enhancement Fund (LEF) has provided funding to support and enrich the learning experience of our undergraduate students.
The goal of the LEF program at the University of Guelph is to develop teaching and learning initiatives that are effective, efficient, and sustainable, and that can be disseminated to the Guelph community.
The LEF competition considers submissions designed to support any aspect of curriculum renewal and innovation. We strongly encourage the submission of projects designed to develop and assess course or programmatic learning outcomes, and that enhance engagement, access and inclusion in experiential learning, inclusive instruction and accessible learning. All applications are peer-reviewed by a committee facilitated through the Associate Vice-President (Academic).
Submissions for 2020 are now closed
Adjudication of LEF Proposals
All proposals are made anonymous and peer-reviewed by the adjudication committee. The committee is comprised of: the Associate Vice-President (Academic) or designate (Chair), a representative of OTL, a faculty member from each College, and the Central Student Association (CSA) Academic Commissioner (or designate).
Proposals are evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the submission guidelines.
